  DESCRIPTION:
SOLD but we have a nicer white version! This particular 1958 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 Special was owned by a semi-retired businessman and it has been stored for nearly the last 30 years. It appears to be extremely straight, however the black body was color coated to protect the finish, and we can not see underneath the paint to tell what is there. This does not appear to be a recent paint, and the exterior body does not show any major deterioration compared to most Midwestern vehicles approaching 5 decades since they rolled off the showroom. The most noticeable rust is on the bottom of the hood and by the side moldings on the rear/side of the car. Where the vehicle is parked, it is not easy to look underneath the car, nor do we have access to a hoist. It may have some floor rust however, by the looks of the rest of the car it may not be much to speak of. Most of the chrome looks to be original, as does the grey cloth and leather interior. This is a loaded car and appears to have nearly every accessory Cadillac offered including power brakes, steering, windows and locks, factory air, a wonder bar pushbutton am radio and even an automatic headlight dimmer (automatic eye). The odometer reads 96,443, and we have no reason to doubt its authenticy & we believe that is probably the actual miles. However, due to the age of the vehicles, we will be offering & selling all vehicle as is-where is, with miles unknown. Since it has been stored for the last 3 decades, the mechanics are unknown.
